Delivery, Returns and Refunds

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

We aim to process all orders within 14 days. In this time, a tailor-made box will be made for the painting and a courier arranged from our end. The most likely courier company will be DHL. If courier or supplies of packaging causes delays, or if we are unable to meet this timescale for any other reason, we will let you know as soon as possible via the email address you have provided on your order.  

 

Delivery within United Kingdom is free of charge.

 

Within M25 it is possible to collect a painting or to have it delivered in person. Please include this request when making an order in the ‘Other information’ section.

 

We ship outside the United Kingdom – delivery costs and timescales will be provided within 5 working days from the order via the email address you submitted on your order. 

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION

We will let you know via email once your order has been shipped.

DAMAGED DELIVERY

Artwork will be sent to you fully insured against courier damages.

Should you receive your order damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and send photos of the damages to arthanna2020@gmail.com

​

Full refund will be issued upon receipt of such notification.

​

Please keep the artwork and all packaging for a period of 30 days as some couriers will request inspection before a claim can be made.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Hanna Chmiel is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Returns

Refunds on purchases from this Art Store are not currently accepted with the exception of receiving a damaged delivery.
