Edges

Vast majority of my paintings do not have frames build around them. The most appropriate style to frame my paintings is to use the build-in wooden frame on which the canvas is stretched.

These have been painted over in one of the four colours illustrated below.

Colours of the edges have been selected to match art on canvas, however, upon request they can be painted over in the colours below, free of charge.

Colours

Raw sienna

Burnt umber

Yellow ochre

Raw Umber

Framing a painting

While I do not offer making a frame, companies that create bespoke frames and shops that sell ready frames can be found online. Some suggested searches in a browser include 'tailor made frames', 'frames for canvases', 'frames for canvas paintings'.

Example of the store that offers both is Bespoke Frame Builder | Jackson's Art Supplies (jacksonsart.com)
